The general consensus is that no aftermarket lift really exists for our trucks. You can go to a spring shop and have new springs made or you can use Super Duty fronts and a combination of Chevy leafs/shackle flip combo to lift the rear.
Forum member 75F350 has done this with great success. Here's the thread (one of many in which this has been discussed) I have bookmarked about how it was accomplished. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/6...lift-f250.html

Wow, That was a long time ago, and there was some learning after that. Most of which is accurate, but for sure, all of that post is still right on the money.
The old pile of junk may not be pretty, but Jeep guys wonder how in the heak I end up on the same trails that they are on.
Yeah, I know that thread is ancient, but I didn't really want to spend a lot of time looking for a newer one. That thread's been bookmarked on my computer for a couple years. One of these days I'll actually be able to invest the time and money to apply what I've learned from your work to my truck. That really is a sweet setup you've got there.
Buy a set of 6" springs and drop the hangers. You will have to switch to 3" wide springs in the rear.
I like the dropped hanger idea, this is what I did on the orange truck, but the rear does not really have to be changed. If late chebby springs are to be used the stock hangers with a little re location can still be used. I actually prefer it.
