4-speed rebuild
I have a 77 F150 with a 300 6. 4th gear syncho has been sticky for about 3 years now - it will go into 4th with out double clutching only below 1200 rpm - and sometime not even then. So I double clutch - no problem. Now to the questions:
1. It is the stock 4spd with granny low - how easy is it to rebuild after I recover from the hernia of getting it out?
2. Or am I better off taking it to my friendly tranny shop and have them do it?
