I have already got throught 2 transmissions on my truck and would really like not not go throught another. Since the last replacement I have put a aftermarket 24k trans cooler and Temp guage. What is the max temp I can run before stopping and letting it cool down.

Thanks
Anything above 210° and you should pull over and let it cool off for a while. It's best if you can get the engine in a high idle mode... helps it cool down quicker. Can't help you on your first question...
Welcome to FTE, if you stick around you'll see that there's tons of good info here.
Anyone know why when I turn my A/C to MAX the air volume goes down? The air is still cold just less of it
First, let's see what's different between MAX and all the other modes.
Anything NOT MAX takes air from outside the truck.
MAX takes the air from the cab and runs it through the evaporator coils over and over.
The most likely reason for less flow in MAX mode is a small plastic bag getting sucked up into the cabin air inlet to the system. Get on the passenger-side floor and look up into the inlet. Pull out that baggie and flow will improve considerably!!
If this isn't the fix, let us know and we'll try other things.
