2003 Vibration

I have a 2 door, 6.0 diesel, 4x4, it has 112,000 miles and just started having a vibration issue. It does it at around 50-60 mph, smooth out and start again at 75mph only under power and not while coasting. What's the problem?

bismic, I think this is something different. I read somewhere it may be injectors mis- firing???
