Exclamation A dumb head stud ???

I own a 2005 F-350 6.0. Recently started using the SCT X3. per my previous posts I was testing out several different variations with the tunes, using both the canned tunes, as well as Matts older tunes from Spartan. I hated the ASE at first, and fell in love after adjusting the shifting. I decided only after reading several posts on here to try out the Hybrid Race. One day in, and with the trq converter locked. the low end power, lets not forget how well it runs cold. I would like to never go back to anything else.
My question is this being a used truck, and had a few performance mod's installed and removed previous to me finding at a dealer. I am ready to stud my truck, problem is I don't know if it was already done.... had the VIN search done here and nothing popped up.

Is there an easy way to figure this out? without removing the valve cover or not? What am I looking for etc? I would hate to drop $400+ to buy studs and not need them.

Thank you.
Sean

Does anyone have any pics with head studs installed? I looked tonight for the first time on my new to me truck and man I think it's got the ARP studs. I never bothered to check because the Oaisis was clean on it. Guess maybe the previous owner did it for preventitive maintenance or something. I'll try to snap a pic tomorrow when it's not dark if I get a second.

Well i looked under the hood tonight after work. I discovered what i was affraid to see, stock bolts. So I think I wil be tuning the truck back down from the Hybrid Race and back to ASE for the time being. Almost out of warrenty so its only a matter of time until I get the studs in.

Thank you,
Sean
