kinda screwed up the measurements here. and i didnt have a drill bit big enough to fix it, so i used a grinder to make the hole bigger. not pretty, but it works.

its a work in progress...dont judge me.

i know a guy that can fix the tear in the seat.
if any1 needs a step by step to copy this swap, i can help you out or chasetruck74 can. he did a better job. it would have been easier with a welder and a garage but it wasnt that hard anyway.

It looks great. If you have time, could you post one looking in from the drivers door thar shows the clearance between the top of the seat and the bottom of the steering wheel. My truck will be a manual and I would have to make sure the seat is at the right heigth otherwise shifting is a pain. yours looks great.

it does sit a little higher than the stock seat on account of the brackets which can be made to sit lower. also they dont have worn out springs and foam. im 6'4" and i have plenty of room.

Shadow - nice job on the seat. Doesn't it feel good to have a nice, comfy seat AND the arm rest/cupholder!!!!

these seats are a major upgrade and im lovin the armrest/cupholder. my mounts definitely arent pretty mostly because of the my bad measurements. the stock seat belts work fine with them too.
