Tailgate Trim

Hi all,
You know that strip of black plastic on the top edge of the tailgate? Mine's gotten all chewed up from sliding stuff in and out, and it's bugging me. Does anyone know of a good tougher replacement? I would like to stick with black, it goes well with my trucks red/black color scheme.

Waiting for a response, I have one broken and another slipping off a lot.

Anyone seen the style GM puts on that has a larger flat spot on top that is supposed to help with milage?

a new one from ford is 35 bucks (well at my cost) but reg. price is like 40 something.
