injectors go bad
my 92 ford e-150 van 302 5.0
can any body tell can injector go bad
because it runs rough it does not stay runing
and poping out of the intake put in new autolite plugs
gap for them is 54 but theres no gap gage for that seting so i set them to
45 i don;t know if that is good

Injectors can get dirty but that happens over a long period of time so you won't likely notice it. If you didn't have the backfiring problem before changing the plugs and wires then there's a good chance you caused the problem with those parts, make sure the plug wires are seperated particularly on cylinders 7&8 and 5&4 because they follow one another in the firing order.
