Cab corner?

What is the best way to attach replacement cab corners without welding? I just ordered a new driver side corner yesterday, and would like to know if using screws is a good option for putting it on the old beast.

There is a glue that body shops use called panel bond. 3M make some along with a few other companies. Ive seen body repair guys use this way of putting on panels but when they use the panel bond they also do some tack welds. Im not sure about just the panel bond. but this tech told me it is as strong as a weld and it would never come off.

I work in a body shop you can use panel bond. It is as strong as welds but what about the joint front the new panel to the old? It should be welded, prior to bondo-ing over it

you local body shop supplies will carry the panel bond. Oreilys can order it for you. I can remember if the stuff is actually called panel bond or something else. Maybe edouble33 will know the proper name of it. But im sure if you go to a body shop supply store you can just tell them you are looking for panel bond and they will know what you are talking about. Oreilys guys probably wont know what you are talking about.

I am just throwing it out there because like I said in my previous post I am cheap or really. What if I use JB Weld on the cab corner? I plan on putting a few bolts in through the backside and underneath if possible. I really just need to get a good strong seal on the metal that I can't bolt, like all of the visable parts.

Any thoughts on using JB Weld?
