Weird!
Have you actually measured the other Expys or do you perceive that they are higher? Sometimes the mind can play tricks.
If the others are bone stock and you are bone stock, I can't think of any reasons why there would be a height difference unless LLS vs. non-LLS....just conjecture though.
My '00 4x4 sits higher than most because I've got 33's all the way around.

Perhaps your Expy is equipt with the optional load leveling AIR SUSPENSION system . . . if so it will sit about 1" lower then the model equipt with conventional springs as they need a bit more height to overcome 'spring sag' when loaded.
