I am looking at a Holley 4150 with a list number 4777-1
0776. I want to put this on my 390 in my mustang.
Can anyone advise if this is a good carb for my setup? It will be going on a 390GT (bored .030, mild cam .520/.520 lift, headers) in a 67 mustang with a 4 speed and 3.91 rear.

Actually it's very good choice for that combo, if you want the most performance. That 650 will feed a mild 390 just fine, and you will probably be able to lean it out a touch, as the DP's are delivered a bit rich. Stick and gears- what the DP is meant for. If it's used and cheap, great idea. If you're buying new, and are going to cruise around more than hammer on it, the 3310 vacuum carb (or a little smaller) would work well, and more than big enough. What happened to the stock 600 Holley 390 GT carb? They actually work quite well, and I happen to have a few of them- might even have the correct one for your car.
