Can I start it?

Hi everybody, I have my truck taken apart for paint. I was wondering if I could put the battery back in and start it to move it around. I have the airbag sensors removed. Will the airbags go off when I try to start the truck, or am I good?

You're fine, you can move it around. I just dealt with this last month on my wife's truck.

Thank you for your help. I just checked with a local source, and he said it was fine too. I moved the truck with no airbags going off.

Strangely, it didn't seem to pull any codes. If it does my best friend is a mechanic, and has the tool to clear them. Thanks for the help, you guys are great. You all have helped me out a ton over the years. Hopefully I've been able to return the favor to a few of you.
