If I turn my wheels all the way in one direction, more so to the left, I get a "clunk" noise. The only thing I have been able to find so far is the front left leaf spring at the foeward attach point there is some side to side movement. It also gives a feeling of falling to the left at the same time of feeling and hearing the clunk. Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas what could be going on?

 

Not sure about the falling to the left part, but I know the sway bar end link bushings fall apart in these trucks and clunk like crazy.
