Dealer Recommendation
I discussed the problems and symptoms with the service manager. Plus my desire to not have my truck reflashed, as I preferred my original factory flash. One of the techs figuared he could solve my problems without reflashing the truck. I was told to bring the truck in on Monday morning for service.
Monday morning, they confirmed a bad turbo and it should be done by the end of the day. Their courtesy shuttle/van transported my wife and I, 17 miles to our trailer. At 4:00PM they called and stated that the truck was done, but they had also replaced the boots on the CAC and the silicone sealant used on the boots needed to set for 4-5 hours. I could pickup the truck Tuesday morning.
Tuesday morning, bright and early I called their courtesy van for pickup. We arrived at the dealership at 8:30AM. The service manager immediately informed me that the truck was not ready. They had performed a cold start test and then test drove the truck, finding a lack of power. In shop testing showed very low fuel pressure (17psi). The truck wouldn't be ready until late afternoon. Back to the trailer.
I got a phone call at 3:30PM, the truck was done. When we got to the dealership, I was informed that they had replaced the fuel pump and found higher, but unacceptable fuel pressure (43psi). They replaced the fuel regulator and had 59psi.
Since the truck wasn't repaired when originally stated, they didn't charge me the $100 deductable for the warrentee work.
Driving the truck after the repairs was great. It had all it's power and performance back and maybe a little more.
All through the process, they were up front with the state of repairs and the progress of their efforts. They were a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend their service dept. to anyone in the western Washington area.

Sounds like you found an honest dealer and one which will work with you.
