I have had to hard wire in both headlight sockets. The passenger one went good. Did the driver side and now I have no low beams on just the driver side. I do know that both bulbs are fine and that the new socket is fine. I believe that I have a problem with the blue (power) on the driver side because it is not getting full voltage. Its getting only 5 volts at the most. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before and if anyone has any ideas? Thank you
P.S. the truck is an early 99 f250 crew cab 4x4 if that makes a difference.
rbaker6336 thank you so much. Your a life saver. Many people have told me that they were not on seperate fuses. I thought I was going to have to rip into my wiring harness. Thanks so much again.
