there is a yellow tab on the back of the fuel filter housing. if you rotate it to the back of the motor it will drain the fuel filter bowl. This is where it water in fuel sensor is also. so if you have that light on in the dash then you have water in the fuel filter housing. here is a pic you can see the yellow tab behind the fuel filter housing. this is taken from the passenger side of the truck btw.

The yellow handled valve has a steel tubing that drains the fuel.. suggest you following this tubing down in front of the motor and then add a chuck of rubber or clear vinyl hose to so you can drain the fuel into a container.. keeps it from running on the ground..
