Steering very hard.
Question. Why is the steering on our new 08 450 a good amount harder than our 7.3 and 6.0. When I try in a parking to make a quick turn I realy have to turn the wheel hard to get it to move fast. The fluid looks good so what else can cause it?

I don't know about the 6.4s, but in the 7.3s you are supposed to use ATF and not power steering fluid in the power steering system. Odd, but because, at least in the 7.3s, the brake booster uses the fluid in the power steering system to help with braking so they say you should run ATF in there.
Someone could've filled yours with power steering fluid and that could be causing a problem.

No its the front wheel it self that turns slowly not the whole rig it's self.
