What does a Vacuum Modulator do???
What does the Vacuum Modulator Do on a C6 Transmission?????
The Dealer and Parts stores list 3 different unit. Mine is all rusted and I can't identify it by the "COLOR BAND"
Green CM113 21.50
Purple TM103 17.00
Black TM102 17.00

What does a Vacuum Modulator do???
It tells your tranny what your engine is doing to make it shift at the right points. Try disconnecting the vaccum line from your tranny and see how it shifts or doesn't shift I should say.
