ABS problem

i did a search and didn't find a whole lot, anyway my abs light is on and my pump seems to keep running for the abs pulled the maxifuse under the hood this stoped it. Took the control modual off the top of the pump which revealed nothing that i could see. when i disconect the modual fro the pump it quits. so does that mean the modual went bad. Thanks for any help again!

Have the abs codes pulled to find out what the problem is. Chances are, it is just a wheel speed sensor.

Just lettin everyone know i fixed the problem it was the abs modual that sets on top of the pump. so if you ever run across the abs pump running continuously the modual is likely the culprit!

Mine was doin the same thing a while back and come to find out it was the wheel speed sensor in the front hub i had just replaced a month prior. Guess i shoulda stuck with Ford parts instead of Advanced Auto Parts.
