What a day! I have 06 4X4 dually, heard a horrendous squealing noise from the right front coming back from the store. I only have 12K on the truck ]thought it was the caliper or the wheel hub...turns out after taking off the wheel, hub adapter, caliper and the rotor it was a 1/8" POS rock caught up in there rubbing away! What are the odds! Got it all together but not sure of the torque values. All I could find was that the caliper bolts were 150 ft/lbs and the front wheel adapter was 130. Can this be verified by someone? Thanks in advance.
Front
Brake caliper bolts (F250, F350) 76 Nm (56 ft. lbs.)
Brake caliper flow bolt 48 Nm (35 ft. lbs.)
Brake caliper anchor plate bolts (F250, F350) 225 Nm (166 ft. lbs.)
Rear
Brake caliper bolts-F-250, F-350 single rear wheel 35 Nm (26 ft. lbs.)
Brake caliper bolts-F-350 dual rear wheel 76 Nm (56 ft. lbs.)
Brake caliper flow bolt 35 Nm (26 ft. lbs.)
Brake caliper support bolts 137 Nm (101 ft. lbs.)
Brake caliper anchor plate bolts-F-350 dual rear wheel 275 Nm (203 ft. lbs.)
Brake caliper anchor plate bolts-F-250, F-350 single rear wheel 275 Nm (203 ft. lbs.)
Thanks! do you happen to know what the torque is for the adapter that bolts on the studs after the rotor? It has to go on before the wheel does on the front of the duallys.
