np203 part-time kit

My friend wants to convert his 203 to part-time probably with a Milemaker kit. How hard is this to do yourself? I've never taken apart a transfer case before but I've heard they're pretty simple.

Really simple. I did my 203 about tens years ago, and I believe it was just a matter of removing a few spider gears, and adding some of the kits components. It was so easy, I cant even remember.

very easy, but follow the directions accurately.
there are lots of needle bearings, and if you aren't careful, you can have these fall out and create a mess. just take your time.
