C5 differences
what are the modifications made to the C5 vrs the C4??Any one know of a link that discribes the mods.I cant find one.Of the two trannys(C4/C5)which would be the tougher one to rebuild to put behind a 460??

Like the AOD the C-4 was never made to bolt behind a big block...stick with a C-6

[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON 27-Oct-01 AT 08:04 AM (EST)[/font][p]All you need is a 351M bellhousing and the C4/C5 will bolt to a 429/460.I didnt ask about the AOD,I asked about the Cfive which isnt a overdrive tranny.Plus the C6 robs about 50hp and weights alot more
