blow by question
hey i guys today i decided to check the blow buy on my truck since its been using oil. every couple hundred miles i have to add some oil. my truck does put blue smoke out the exhaust but i am running WMO through it. other wise the truck runs great.
i pulled the oil filler cap off with it running and had no vaper coming out of it at all. even put my hand over the hole for a few secs with no oil on my hands. so i pulled the air cleaner off i can see alot of vapers being sucked in through the cdr valve.
is this normal???
when i turn the truck off with the oil cap and breather off, a little vaper then comes out both places.
also i want to clean the cdr but i searched and cant find the thread on how to remove it. if anyone can tell me how to remove it that would be great.
oh its a 86 with 140000 miles- N/A.
