Change T18 2wd to 4wd

I have a 2wd T18 and was asked what it takes to change it to a 4wd. I know on the ZF it is only the adapter on the back but what about the T18? Has anyone done this? What does it entail? Thanks in advance.

I believe it takes a different output shaft, and output shaft housing (xcase adaptor).
