Thanks for the help!!!

Not sure if the COE is different from the Reg cab, if it's the same, it should be stamped on top of the passenger side rail ahead of the engine mount about even with the radiator.

Just looked at the 51 f5 coe chassis and the vin number is almost directly above the axle top rail of the passenger side. (easy to spot with the cab off )
i then opened the hood on the 52 f5 COE to see if I could easily access the same spot to check vin but you will need really long arms to reach in there, or maybe your 14 yr old can squeeze in there?
maybe with the doghouse off it could be accessed from inside the cab easier?

You guys should have seen my Son, He was a major dust bunny from cleaning every part of the fram he could get to. It was funny when I just told him this new info. He laughed and asked why it was put where you can't even get to it. I told him this is just the first of many head scratching adventures to come!

Thanks so much for everyones help!!!!!

Possibly. It will depend on the accuracy of the pattern/model, and price.

I am going to make one for mine and keep the original . I have not received it yet. He didn't know my address for some reason and his messages were going to my junk mail 😡 i am going to try to make a press box to get the stamping and edges. I need to buy a spot welder and hydraulic press. The latches may be a challenge. Lol

Myself and and another member with a COE will be working on a fiberglass repop next week using my cover for a pattern. OEM type latches aren't a problem.
