92 f150
on the 92 f150 4.9 m5od was bad in it (main bearing gone )
It came with a good tranny.Had to take the top of the shifter (where the shifter slides down on to it with a pinch bolt) off to get it in the truck>I think I left it in 5th gear ,how do I get it back to N because when I re installed the shifter it wont move and I cant put it in where it would be in 5th gear.Also I'm reading it needs to be in 1st gear not n so looking thur the hole in the floor how do I shift it to that so I can put the shifter back in.Yes it shifter thur the gears on the bench and turned the tail shaft in all gears
I need to get this done asap as I'm haveing surgh on my l knee again on the first and its the only one I can gat in and out of for a while(wifes lil 200sx aint going to cut it
