1997 PSD with Hypermax goodies

Hey, y'all. I am thinking of buying a 97 PSD with a bunch of Hypermax goodies (turbo, IC, injectors) and was wondering what the general opinion of Hypermax goodies was? I did a search and didn't find to much - sent a PM to whom I think may be a Hpermax user...

lemme know...

Hypermax has some good stuff. Not cheap.
I have a turbo and cooler tubes on my truck from them.

What stuff does it have? H2e? etc.

Same questions from me as Neal asked.

My 95 had exclusively Hypermax and the 02 that I have now is heading in that direction.

IMO- Hypermax is on the top of aftermarket stuff for Fords. That's all they deal with and sell. Ford only, so that says something right there.

On the 95, I had their exhaust, intercooler, and stage 1 injectors. Used to run their Max 330 chip also, but then got a TS style 4 pos. chip. My dad has the truck now and still loves it. Running just shy of 400hp.

For the 02, I've got their tapercore intercooler and stage 2 injectors. Eventually I'll be getting a modded H2E of theirs.

Like Neal said, they're pricier than most addons, but they are VERY proven. But if the sell has already spent the money on it, then you don't have to shell it out down the road. Let us know what goodies it's got.

EDIT: You were giving us the details as I typed.

Headstuds and firerings with only stage 1's??? Somebody was planning on some big hp someday. One thing about it, with that setup you be ready for much larger injectors, custom tuning, and 600+ hp down the road.

What kinda truck is it? Is the price right?

97 crew. Price seems right. I'm having a shop run the battery of tests on it tomorrow (compression test, turbo play, injector resistance, etc) and if it checks, we'll be looking to exchange legal tender.

F250 short box or F350 long box? 2wd or 4wd? Sounds like a nice one.

one of the first things I do if I get this truck is have it dyno'd to see what it's throwing down for HP and Tq to the wheels. Anyone wanna take a guess? I'll paypal $10 to whoever gets the closest.
