Exclamation Dash Brake light...

As I drove home this evening it would blink intermittently. Brakes did not seem any less responsive than "normal"....

Any ideas what would trigger it??

Check the fluid level in your master cylinder.

Is your parking brake pedal all the way up?

and if neither of those fix it, check the rabs unit, it might be going out or a bad contection to it.

also on your E brake assembly, check the wire going to it, maybe a bad conection there too.

As I was driving into town I realized the acronym...my truck does have a plug for it hanging above the rear end but the rear end that was installed does not have the plug in for it...

possible, your truck did not have one, but Im betting it did.

look under your left side frame rail on the inside, about a 1ft behind the exuast maifold out let, and see if you got a little box thing like this that your brake lines run in to.

thats the rabs unit aka the brake nanny
