My new SCrew just came in last week. So far its great except that the head rests are a real pain in the neck. Other than taking them out, has anybody tried anything to fix the issue? Maybe putting a slight bend in the support rods??
There are already threads on this. I bent mine so now they are a more comfortable angle. Problem with the passenger side headrest, bent or unbent, is that it interferes with my vision to the right rear.
I found out while digging around at the dealership that the headrests out of a taurus X will fit in place and have no bend in them.....the dealer told me about 70 bucks each to swap them out...

Yea they hurt my neck also, so I have them extended as far up as possible, they should have made them adjustable like my 03 Mustang. Hopefully they will redesign this in a future model and we can swap them out. Will have to look into the Taurus headrests. I know I have read they designed them this way to protect you in a crash, but who in the world did they use to test fit them a 4'11" person!
