Longer Crank Time: Brainstorming...
Hey guys. First off, happy fathers day to all you dad's out there!
Need some help... My 97 PSD has been taking longer to fire up. I need some help brainstorming... here are some things that are new and I don't think are the issue
NEW:
Batteries
Battery Cables
Starter
GP's
GPR
I did have the CPS replaed with a grey one under the recall a couple months ago... can those go bad?
Any help would be great guys. Thanks

yes the cps do go and very intermitently, if they die then your tach doesnt bounce and i dont belive they cause frequent hard starts. id say your hpop is a little on the worn side, take the plug out on the top and see how low it is, if its low then i belive you have a worn.... oring somewere lol someone else can chime in and direct you to were you replace that.

UPDATE:
Checked level in HPOP after truck sat overnight and level is OK...
Today I'm going to change oil/filter, Fuel filter and clean FPR screen.
May stop by and pick up ANOTHER (3rd) cps and through that on
Any other thoughts guys?
