My truck has no brake lights when i press the peddle but it does have running lights and turn signals and the trailer has the same but no brake lights as well. Need help finding out the problem. Checked the fuses didnt find any blown and dont know where to go now. What fuse would it be so i can check again? And i have a 99 psd.

Did you check the fuses under the hood?

 

Check #13 under the dash and #8 under the hood.

 

That little plastic brake switch on your brake peddle arm might be faulty if not the fuses that Barry mentioned.
