Found Both Rotors Cracked

This morning I looked at my 94 F250 and decided to check the front end took off the tires and found both rotors cracked.
I know both have to be changed yet the calipers seem to work good. When pressure is applied they work and release as well. Just not sure how this happens the truck only has 101k on it.
How hard is it to change them out? I found the price for them at Advance auto and their 40 bucks a piece, not bad. Should I replace the brake pads and front brake caliper lines anyway while I'm in there.
Any help or advice is appreciated.

I'd put the drilled ones on, better hest disapation. Quit slamming on the brakes. Drive like you had a egg under your foot. At 204,000 I havent changed mine yet and I pull 3 or 4 horse trailers.

Yeah for all I know it's been that way for a while. I bought it with 97k original miles on it almost a year ago, barely put 4k on it.
Then I found out last night without even starting my project the hubs are star bolts and three look stripped out already. So I've got my work cut out but good thing for easy outs.

Thanks for letting the info!
