4wd issues
thanks ahead of time, my four wheel drive is not working the switch is apparently not switching in it , not even 4 lo so i would figure it has to be electrical , is there a fuse on these things and if so where is it oh yeah its a 1998 eddie bauer expedition with a 5.4

There's usually 3 fairly inexpensive things that will prevent the 4WD system from operating.
1. The dash selector switch is no good.
2. The shift motor on the transfer case is no good.
3. Blown fuse(s), check your owner manual for the ones to look for.
If none of those 3 are the problem, you're now looking at the expensive repairs. So look into those 3 first.
