Yes, in fact, Ford does not recommend lifting the cabs on 6.0 trucks although they are easier to torque heads that way. However, they can be done without lifting the cab. Not really a fun job no matter which way you do it. Make sure to checks egr cooler, oil cooler, cap, etc before you jump to headgaskets.
