Custom Headache Racks?

I'm looking into getting a headache rack for my truck. I've seen some of the big name brands like Ranch Hand and none of them are really what I'm looking for. I like the Ranch Hand one, but I don't like the louvers that go across the windows. I'm basically looking for a headbaord with the turn signal lights and backup lights built into it. Anyone know a place that'll custom build one or should i start shopping around and some local truck metal fab shops?

I'm not sure how common it is in Maine, but the places that make them are pretty common here in Texas. I would call or drive around to any places that put on flatbeds or utility beds. Most of the places down here that do that kind of work are also into the fab stuff as well.

I would also look at Highway Products. They have some pretty cool headache racks and say they can customize.
HEADACHE RACKS FOR PICKUPS, Cab guards, bed slides, Pickup truck accessories, Truck Flatbeds, RV Tow Bodies, RV Hauler, RV Toter, Trailer and Flatbed underbody tool box manufacturer since 1980.

IQR up here in Canada makes an aluminium headache rack with lights and no louvers. You can find their website at 4X4 Truck Accessories 4X4 Parts Offroad Accessories Truck Canada , long ways to ship though.

I want to get a headache rack as well, for my new 2011 F350, to keep things out of the cab, plus a place to mount lights, aka coope3's set-up. The problem I have been having is finding one that will work with a tonneau cover, specifically the BakFlip line. So far the only thing I have found that should work is the Backrack (BACKRACK | Function and style for today's trucks). But... no brake/reverse lights. So some customizing would be in order.
