The aftermarket conversion dually flairs bolt right thru the bedside.(similar to an old stepside fender) The factory FORD or OE replacement flairs use a weird bracket along the top edge to attach the fender, It may also use the weird bracket on on the sides of the fender too. It has been too long for me to remember
