Here's my computer wallpaper number 2 in the series of trucks i see around town. I see this truck every week but yesterday it had the matching camper attached! I think it's an 86 but let me know if i'm wrong.

Thank you, Em! I didn't know until now that you took the photos and created the illustrations for your wallpaper. FABULOUS! You have a lot of talent. Is that what you do professionaly?
I think we should make a category for that and add it to our sticky!
thanks scott! yes i'm a graphic designer by trade. i've kind of given myself this little project both because I like changing up my own wallpaper and looking out for trucks is forcing me to keep my camera with me. I've been trying to train myself to do that for years. It's having the added effect of helping me learn to distinguish model years.

Em, you are far too cool for dregs like us! That is really nice work, thank you for sharing. Please keep up the awesome work. We will try to be your best advertisment. Nice work!
all y'all are so sweet! I'm happy to share my little work distractions. They are fun to do and I like thinking about how to make each one different. I hope y'all continue to enjoy them!
I like the 69 Camper Special Em. I dabble with graphics myself although my stuff tends to be a little more abstract.
Here are a couple that I did for my own MySpace page. The skull is from a metal sculpture that I found on a visit to Seattle, and the bike is one of my own.
hey stosh i totally could have guessed that you are a creative type yourself! btw, i LOVE the nautical stars you have on there! I'm a big fan of classic tattoos and the nautical star is one of my favorites!
not to try and hijack this thread but does anyone know if the fog lights on the front bumper of this truck are oem? I ask because I have 2 holes in about those same areas in the top of mine.
