Trying to remove CPS, seems really snug will move a bit but unable to get it to come out, any suggestions, can't put any kind of pry pressure on these can you. Last one that I changed was easy. Thanks again.

They get stuck sometimes. Takes a lot of wiggling.

If you pry it, you take a chance of breaking it.

There is an o-ring that kind of "locks" it into place and keeps out the dirt and moisture. You have to really wiggle it while pulling to get it out. I actually used a long screwdriver and placed it between the engine and where the harness plugs in and pryed it a little to get mine out.

Can you spray some penetrating oil beside the sensor and mounting hole to help lubricate the O ring? Be careful to not get any in your eyes!
