hey shazam, i was just wonderin where you are from and i was also curious about yer truck and what class you pull in? i myself am building a pulling truck and my uncle has one. anyhow i have a np435 from a highboy which has the divorced transfer that i would consider trading or selling(e-mail is nep00(No Email Addresses In Posts!)). i would not at all be worried about having the divorced transfer. my uncles ford has one and its got 750+ hp. he has never had a problem with that driveshaft between the transmission and transfer breaking. the reason being is that the transmision and the transfer are both mounted solid to the frame and there is little to no movement. the only reason that exles break is because of movement(bouncing or wheelhoping). by the way, when you say wheel speed of 19mph, is that what yer speedometer says, or is that how fast you make it down the track?
