Looking for a way to gain a 1/2" in the rear of my 05 F250. The frnt has a 2.5" leveling kit and is a 1/2" high. I'm dealin with a 7' garage door and only have about a 1.5 in of clearance. The leveling kit was installed two weeks ago and I was told it might settle some. Any recomendations?
For what its worth, that is pretty close to the stock height of the F350 block. The F350 block is 3.75 inches tall--everyone just rounds up to 4 inches. I can say without a doubt, the 2 1/4 inch front lift and the F350 blocks will level your truck.
Remedy= the 2.5 I installed was a Tuff Country brand hockey puck style coil spacers, so after researching 1/2 shims for the rear from Skyjacker & the thoughts of don't go higher due to 7' garage door I found this dealer on ebay with the same style 2" puck to replace my 2.5" Tuff Country puck. Prob solved
