Transmisson issue?

Truck is making a growling like noise coming from the back of the motor? Is it the torque converter? If not what could it be?

Is the OD light flashing on your cluster? Are there any other symptoms occurring.

No my overdrive light isnt flashing, and thats the only thing that seems to be wrong.

Need more information please... Year & Model of you truck. How many miles on the truck? Do you do heavy towing/hauling? Has the transmission been serviced? I assume that it's a Torqshift...

Its a 2004. F250 5.4. It has about 86k on it, and i dont do any towing or hauling with it. Bought it used and the dealer said they serviced tans. when it came in on trade.
