98 windstar, no electrics

Howdy all, I have a 98 windstar, no power gets to the fuse box in the cab, well, except for the ecm fuse. All of the fuses under the hood light with a test light. none of the fuses under the dash light up except for the ecm at pos. 3 I believe. The box under the hood gets full power, the starter cranks, no fuel pressure, ain't checked for spark. Is there a fusible link or relay that sends the power in? All I know is that she said it made a loud pop and died at highway speed. Now nothing. Also, there is no power to the obd2 plug. Yes, I tried the serarch engine, Thank You All,for any info. Rich

There are many fusible links in this system. I am not sure where they are though on this van. Most vehicles have them over near the starter relay were the battery + power is connected.
