Questions on 6.0L problems and truck i found

hello, i'm relatively new to the 6.0L and haven't had to much experience with them, i'm wondering what the problems are with these motors, and how there caused (i searched but found little). I found a truck i'm intrested in and am wondering what to expect.
2003 with 135,00 km. diesel.4X4, lariat beigh leather, power everything, pioneer in dash dvd w ipod dock, 6 inch lift, banks cold air intake, banks intake elbow, banks larger intercooler with larger tubes. banks 6 gunn with pda(adjustable on the fly and 4 digital gauges with 16 to choose from) ,banks dual exhaust. ats headstuds and headgasket( no 6 litre headgasket problems ever again), off road bumper, full built race transmission ( tripple disk billet torque convertor, shift kit, etc) 15,000 km. matching colour flares just painted (with receipt),reacon led taillights(blacked out) and reacon light bar with reverse lights under tailgate, pillar guages, phone command center with cell phone booster, 20" rims 36x15.50 mtz tires. wood box liner and tool box, this truck rides smooth and has huge power. NO LEAKS everythings tight. full synthetic. tints. new battery's new alternator new shocks, new brake pads, the paint is not perfect and that is why the price is where it is. WAY TO MUCH MROE TO LIST CALL FOR DETAILS. carfax report available. have been out of work for 4 months cant afford to keep need to make mortgage payments. they want around $15500 US for it (18000 in canadian dollars) I'm wondering if its a good deal?
They have done the headstudds (i believe a $7000 job?) What else goes wrong with these? I assume that everytime they got in the truck they pinned it, because of the tranny. The paint bothers me somewhat but will have to look at the truck first.
Comments on the truck?

Wow that is alot of modifications. There is no mention of the fuel system being upgraded. The injectors are sensitive to fuel pressure and when running the banks it could damange them. Most people on this forum in the know do not run banks because the programming is very hard on these engines. If you are not real familiar with these engines you may be taking a chance on something like this. There is also no mention of any modifications to the EGR cooler another area of frequent failures. Some of the guys also run coolant filters because of sand casting and other debri plugging up the oil cooler and then destroying the EGR cooler. The head studs are already done so that is a good thing. Maintenance is very critical on these engines because the oil is doing so much work for engine lubrication and injector hydraulics. There were also problems with vains sticking in the turbos and something that should be looked out for. Also get an oasis done on the truck. You can find the thread at the top of the this forum. If I think of anything else I will post more info. I know there are alot of guys here who have modified their trucks themselves and can provide more info. Good luck.

thanks, i'm not a fan of banks either. So banks is bad for the motors on these trucks?
I will call the guy and ask, (gotta get the serial number for the oasis also) I don't know if its worth buying it because i think it has been abused with the extra power, but not sure. I do like the mods and that the studs are done.i have a 7.3L so i know about some ford stuff but have never owned a 6.0L i believe that the 03 and 04 were the worst motors? I have heard of turbo failure on them, how much would a new turbo cost? thanks

Save your money and buy a 2005-06 that has warranty left that you can extend.

I've had enough problem with a bone stock '05 6.0L, hate to see what all that stuff would do to them, especially out of warranty.
