No worries for me, because I saved a PDF of the sticker from the original web site before it expired. So for those of you who can still get yours, take a minute to save it to your disk. In a year or two you will be glad you did.

Yeah, I did it right, the older trucks just are not there. I think this site just mirrors the other site, maybe with a little longer retention. But they expire either way.

I believe the database only stores data for the past 5 model years...

Too late my friend... Unfortunately they are only accessible via the online method for 3 model years, not 5, before they are archived...

I'm surprised more people don't do this. I've only purchase 1 new vehicle in my time but I kept that sticker, just in case. I guess for those that lease they may not care. I think my father still has his sticker from his 86 van that he still uses.

I suppose in many cases people stick them in a file with the bill of sale/financing paperwork, and they never make it back in the vehicle when sold/traded in.

Yeah me too. I thought that was cool. I hope to be the last owner of my 08, but it will be there for someone else if not.
