not ready
99 f1505.4l,4x4. for the past month or 2 my scan guage kept saying the obdII was not ready. had a friend bring his almost new snap on reader(this was one of those really nice professional obdII readers) and what we found is that its the evap test that is not completing. these no cel. he said all of the numbers for the evap system looked within spec. dose anyone know why it wont get ready?

yea but after 2 months and 3000 miles after i got a new bat it should be ready. it isn't throwing any codes and all the sensors for the evap system are working and reading normal. dose anybody know why it isn't getting ready?
