COMPLETE valvetrain set for engine rebuild or performance upgrade
valve seals
valve locks
5.0 H0 cam ( not sure if its Ho.. im going to the shop and measure it soon)
valve springs
retainers
this all came from my REMAN 1996 explorer 5.0 engine GT40 Heads 0.0miles on everything!
im selling becuase i put performance cam,springs, Teflon valve seals, retainers locks etc etc..

Intake: .422", Exhaust .448" (measured valve lift)
Intake: 256*, Exhaust 266* (actual duration, NOT at .050")
116* lobe seperation
F4TE truck cam, found in Explorer motors and all truck motors after '94.

FYI.. The HO motor and the truck motor have the same heads from the factory.
