New ecm=new keys?
Had another post about buying another ECM, well, I went and bought one.
Cool. Now I knew I would have to have the computer flashed but the key thing is killing me. Am I really going to have to tow my truck to the ford dealer to unlock the anti theft thing? Truck will turn over but not hit a lick. Am I screwed again?

Some locksmiths can reprogram the PATS system.....either that or the stealership....
Either one can reprogram the system to your existing keys. At least you won't need new keys.
You ought to be able to get a locksmith to come to you.....unless you're out in the boonies....
