If you have enough room to work there should be no problem removing the pulley with the pump in place. If you scroll down to the A/C page and look thru some back posts you will find how to do it.
As for parts RockAuto should have anything you need.
While I'm here, I noticed that after a few hundred mile trip, and using the a/c, mine is slinging oil onto the underside of the hood and rad hose. Will keep this thread for more info. (I don't think I need to discharge the system for the pully assy, will look at it closer in a minute.) Any ideas welcome.
HrdDrv, I would say you have a leaking front pump seal, which is located right behind the pulley/a/c clutch. Mine is also slinging oil around. I have been down this road on other F150s and chevys. In the past I ended up getting a complete reman compressor off of Ebay which included a new dryer (accumulator). I have replaced front seals on compressors before and found that it's just not worth the trouble. Usually by the time the front seal starts leaking, the clutch and rest of the compressor is about shot anyway.

Thanks guys.
The a/c in Raven is killer, and that's all the problem I'm seeing right now. I have serious $ problems and can pass on the issue, I just figured if it was an easy/so-so fix I would try it. For now, I can live with it.
Again, thanks.
