I've been looking as well here is what I've found:

Ebay has a couple of larger sellers with good prices on MBRP . . .
Example: MBRP 4" Turbo Back Exhaust 2003 Ford F250 F350 6.0:eBay Motors (item 140323946624 end time Jun-28-09 20:54:31 PDT)

ITP Diesel
Example: MBRP Aluminized Turbo Back

I'm still looking . . . what have you found?

MKOpower.com has a full 4" w/ a 6x20" slash cut tip for $365ish shipped. It's what I'm running right now. It's aluminum so if you want SS it will be a bit more.

Can you please help me in understanding the why factor for changing the exhaust systems to a 4 or 5 inch system? Is it more less to help lower the EGT's? Is say a 4" cat back system any louder then stock?

The main reason is to lower the EGT. A 4" cat back would be louder than stock if you lose the muffler. But if you don't lose the muffler and keep the cat the drop in EGT will be minimal. A full turbo back w/ no cat or muffler will provide the best flow of air and biggest drop in EGT. It will also sound like a fighter jet when the turbo spools up.

I just purchased 4inch turbo back Magnaflow exhaust from River City Diesel for $399..came with the 5inch tip welded on ..NICE!!
Truck has a nice sound up on start up..little louder at higher speeds. When the turbo "whistles" you can hear it.
