[QUOTE=Fordlover55;7586300]Love that RED!! Me Too!! Kevin, Wow, your treasure is looking mighty fine, thanks for the update, keep us posted on your progress when yu can. Also, like to know what yu used to entice that many family, friends, and or neighbors over to help, I lift the hood and everyone scatters. Anyhow, your truck looks awesome, better update my Classic Truck Subscription, your ride has the potential for a feature article!!.
Excellent work; whats the color number; going to paint in two weeks with my kids truck and looking at several shades of red to determine what will go with gloss black two tone.
Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!
Nice Red!! Great work and looks like you have a lot of fans (help) getting it done!
This winter taking my down to bare metal and painting. I have finally decided on the color scheme, Root Beer Brown Metalic and Cream two tone. Going to go with brown leather interior (seat, headliner and door panels). I saw a 48 F-1 at a car show painted Root Beer Brown and it looked fantastic!
My color is the Firered Metallic Clearcoat from a late model Mustang. There are several different shades of this color. This one was the most vibrant color with a lot of pearl in it. If I can just get it all together without chipping anything, I will be happy.
Garbz - I am working on my wife to go to the F100 Nationals so as of today I am not sure. Send me a message with your phone # and I will call you.

Thanks Kevin;
I was looking at several shades of red from the 04-08 color scheme of not only Mustangs but of several Ford auto's; but yours really seems to pops out at ya on your truck.
Thanks again.
Kevin; I went to my paint supplier and scanned thru his paint chart and came up with a paint code of Ford HL called "Lazier Red". It a semi dark red metallic and it seems to be close to your color. I'm not trying to match anybody; just wanted to bring out the two tone scheme of red & black on my daughters project.
Thanks for sharing your truck pic's it gave me a glance of what I wanted to fine for hers.
O'course hers isn't a Slick, but a dentside.
